Snap Talent was founded by James Harman in 2014 after seeing the same issue play out across different businesses.

Companies were growing, but hiring was reactive. Roles were rushed, briefs were unclear, and the process was inconsistent. Good candidates were missed, and the wrong hires slipped through.

What looked like a talent shortage was usually a hiring system problem.
