We’re partnering with a growing, multi-region organisation looking to appoint a commercially astute Head of Sales to lead and scale performance across multiple states.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of regional revenue performance, team capability, and strategic growth initiatives.

You’ll be stepping into a business with momentum. The focus now is on sharpening execution, lifting performance, and building a high-performing, accountable sales function.



The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a multi-state portfolio, leading both strategy and execution across the sales function.

This role blends leadership, hands-on commercial delivery, and strategic input into the broader direction of the business.

Key focus areas include:

  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies across multiple regions
  • Building and strengthening key client relationships at both the regional and national levels
  • Driving consistent revenue growth and improving conversion performance
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Managing contract renewals and improving client retention
  • Identifying new market opportunities through ongoing analysis and insight
  • Partnering with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and planning
  • Ensuring CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting
  • Representing the business at events and building strategic partnerships


What We’re Looking For

You’re a proven sales leader who knows how to drive performance across a distributed team.

You balance strategy with execution and bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the sales function.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong experience in senior sales leadership roles
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • The ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
  • A structured, data-led approach to forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams across multiple locations
  • Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders on strategy and performance
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Comfort using CRM systems to drive visibility and results
  • Willingness to travel interstate as required
