Experience:
5-10 years of experience in facilities management or site management, preferably within the parking or property management industries. Proven experience in managing large-scale facilities and handling operational and maintenance tasks is essential.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in facilities management (e.g., FMP, CFM) are advantageous.

At Watermelon Parking, the Senior Site Manager / Facilities Manager role is crucial in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our parking facilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of our operations.
Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the management and maintenance of parking facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The Senior Site Manager / Facilities Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of multiple sites, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service and maintenance.
Principal Accountabilities
- Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of parking facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operationally efficient.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of site managers, maintenance staff, and contractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair work, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage facility budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability in all operations.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of advanced parking technologies and systems.
Performance Indicators
- Quality and timeliness of facility maintenance and operations.
- Efficiency and effectiveness of the site management team.
