Head of Operations - Leading Parking Solutions Provider
  
Location: Crows Nest, Sydney
Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Experience: 5-10 years in the parking or property industry, with a proven track record in managing large portfolios. P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting experience required.
Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, though significant experience in operations management within the parking industry will also be considered.

As our Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and profitable management of our parking sites, driving operational excellence across multiple locations.
  
The Role:
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parking sites and managing a portfolio that includes high-profile locations such as airports, hospitals, and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, take full P&L responsibility, and implement advanced technologies to optimise performance and customer satisfaction.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Ensure seamless functionality of parking systems across multiple sites, managing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and resilience.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 10-20 parking sites, ensuring each site operates smoothly and profitably.
  • Financial Oversight: Take full responsibility for P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, clients, and vendors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Technology Implementation: Drive the implementation and management of advanced parking technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to operational issues, including after-hours emergencies, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in the parking or property industry, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Proven financial management skills, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team development and operational improvement.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational challenges.
