Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Experience: Presales, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or similar within a tech environment, ideally with exposure to augmented reality, 3D visualisation, or related technologies
Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is highly valued.

The Role:
As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation, helping clients adopt and integrate our advanced technology solutions into their operations. You’ll work closely with sales teams, clients, and partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, provide technical expertise, and influence product development through customer feedback.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Facilitate smooth client onboarding onto our platform, providing the necessary tools and training for successful technology adoption.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to deliver technical expertise during the sales process, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert, staying updated on the latest features and effectively communicating these advancements to clients and sales teams.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their specific challenges, ensuring our solutions are tailored to meet their needs.
  • Influence Product Strategy: Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform future product enhancements and strategies.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of customised solutions that align with clients’ business goals.
  • Partner Support: Provide technical guidance to partners, helping them integrate our solutions into their offerings.
  • Market Evangelism: Educate the market on the transformative impact of our technologies, driving greater adoption and efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance personal expertise and the value offered to clients.
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong technical acumen, particularly in augmented reality, 3D visualisation, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
