Our History
Snap Talent International was founded in 2014 by James Harman. He is determined to change the face of recruitment by placing the right people in the right jobs and his motto is #Hire4Fit.
Snap Talent International is a recruitment agency that works in partnerships with our clients, not just working for them. Our goal isn’t just to sell a service, but to build trust and long lasting relationships, partnering with employers and working with them on employee retention. It is all about providing the service the employers need, by finding the right candidate for the right company, and not just giving a company a “range” of potential job seekers and hope they will be a fit.
It is our belief that putting the right people in the right job is so essential to recruitment that if our candidate leaves in the first 3 months we will replace them at no additional cost.
